.NET Technical Lead

TOM is the SaaS platform that gives Wholesale, Distribution, and Manufacturing businesses the power of ERPs such as Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics with the simplicity, easy to use and affordability. It is a platform that is used by both Suppliers and their Venues, allowing it to consolidate data and turn it into valuable information for all stakeholders and related industries. TOM allows businesses connect with each other and place orders seamlessly with advanced features such as order tracking, payments, financial integration and many more.

Office Location

Project manager will work within a team of less than 10 people including product manager, designers, software developers, and testers. The office locates in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The head office is in Melbourne, Australia.

• Lead and manage growing development team to deliver good quality, best experience, easy to use software products.
• Contribute to development, enhancement and maintenance of current TOM system including all current and new databases, web applications and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with the product manager and the sales & marketing team to deliver the product roadmap and milestones.
• Conduct code review and workshops and training for other software developers.
• Documenting all technical aspects of the system and application as references for future maintenance.

• 7+ years working experience with Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API and SQL Server database using Entity Framework (EF).
• 3+ years demonstrated experience in a technical lead role, responsible for technical planning, implementation, deployment, and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of architecture and application solution design, data modelling and design patterns.
• Extensive front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind and JavaScript including JS frameworks such as ReactJS.
• Experience with cloud computing solutions (Windows Azure).
• Ability to create and maintain CI/CD process using Azure DevOps or other platforms.
• Familiar with Agile methodology and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Competent English language for communicating with English native speakers and writing technical documents in English.
