As a Model Scouting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our content production efforts by developing and managing a network of freelance models and studios. This position ensures that our Content and Creative teams have access to diverse, high-quality talent that aligns with our brand standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

Creative Talent Searching & Discovery

Search for high-potential freelance models and creative studios on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, Instagram, Douyin, and Taobao.
Discover and connect with talents that embody our brand’s creative direction and content strategy
Evaluate portfolios for visual quality, aesthetic alignment, and professional standards

Talent Pool Development & Management

Build and enrich a well-organized database of freelance models and studios, categorized by style, pricing, availability, and location.
Curate detailed profiles that include visual samples, collaboration history, and performance insights.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Gather and analyze post-project feedback to evaluate talent performance.
Identify and spotlight high-performing freelancers for continued or priority engagement.
Flag underperforming resources and propose phase-out strategies.

Initial Contact & Qualification

Professionally reach out and build rapport with potential creative collaborators
Verify key information, including pricing, availability, and technical setup
Evaluate responsiveness, communication style, and professionalism to ensure partnership readiness.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Resource Handoff

Recommend top-fit talents tailored to specific project briefs and creative needs.
Participate in weekly syncs with the cross-functional teams to align on upcoming priorities

Requirements

2+ years of experience in creative coordination, resource management, or admin operations
Strong English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
Familiarity with creative platforms and social media
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in spreadsheets and database management

Bonus

Basic Chinese language skills are a plus
Background in fashion, e-commerce, or creative industries
Experience with creative production workflows
Knowledge of content creation trends and standards
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Notion, Airtable)
