Mid-senior Project Manager ~ Up to $1800

Great opportunity for an experienced agile software project manager or delivery manager with a passion for joining a growing development team. You will be responsible for managing the development team and ensuring deliverables, whilst participating and contributing to product development and customer success processes.

It is a platform that is used by both Suppliers and their Venues, allowing it to consolidate data and turn it into valuable information for all stakeholders and related industries. TOM allows businesses connect with each other and place orders seamlessly with advanced features such as order tracking, payments, financial integration and many more.

Office Location

Delivery manager will work within a team of 7 people including product manager, designers, software developers, and testers. The office is located at 20 Phan Liêm St, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

• Oversee project delivery, product development process and team management to ensure efficient and on-time deliverables
• Collaborate with product owner and customer success manager to prioritise product features, set sprint goals, and plan software releases and upgrades
• Build and implement an efficient agile software development process
• Create a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture, and environment for development team
• Support in decision making process in product planning, UX/UI design, and onboarding customers
• Manage outsource partners such as UX/UI design firm and freelancer developers to ensure their productivity

• Intensive experience in managing software development team and deliverables
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate, negotiate and resolve disputes with stakeholders and teams
• Advanced proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies (i.e., Agile), including requirements definition, system design and testing / QA and transition to production
• Practical experience in hiring development team member and maintain efficient work culture
• Experience with change control procedures and technology best practices
• Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Proficient English communication to work directly with Australian team members and clients
