• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front-end applications using ReactJS & SPFx.
• Engage directly with EU clients to gather requirements, clarify features, and present implementation plans. and assign tasks to the development team.
• Ensure the delivery quality and management team skill
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Designers, and Back-End Engineers. 
• Ensure high code quality via unit tests, code reviews, and best practices. 
• Represent the front-end team professionally in client-facing situations, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business expectations. 
• Stay updated on front-end trends and bring improvements to architecture and performance.

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development. 
• Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as JS, ReactJS, or SPFx. 
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices. 
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written). 
• Experience with state management libraries. 
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP). 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership experience is a plus. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with backend or full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, or SharePoint. 
• Familiarity with database systems such as MS SQL Server or MySQL. 
• Proficiency with developer tools such as NPM, Bower, Grunt, Gulp, or Yeoman.
