Responsibilities
- Research and coordinate with departments to design and develop documents describing the company's products;
- Propose improvements to the company's technology products;
- Create and manage document systems (such as system requirement specification, feature list, use case list, use case detail, general business rules, wireframe...);
- Create mock-ups for products, act as a bridge between the development department and the operations department;
- Able to support on testing of applications as a tester;
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager;
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics;
- 2 - 3 years of experience working as the same role;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Have a background in information technology and software development;
- Have knowledge and skills in testing software products;
- Have basic knowledge of data and data query;
- Have a professional BA certificate;
