Merchandising Executive is responsible for the assigned Category’s total Sales & GP, retail merchandise performance, visual and operational presentation of designed selling zones at AEON stores, including but not limited to Layout, Planogram, Schematics, POSM display….
Key Activities:
1. Be responsible for Beautycare & assigned Categories' total Sales & GP retail merchandise performance, visual and operational presentation of designed selling zones at stores
2. Make Categories Sales plan on a Monthly & Quarterly basis and update accordingly to the Manuscript, presenting to stores & Managers
3. Deal the Best Trade Term/Contract annually & Make the Planogram / Schematic for New product listing / New Item Master information
4. Market Survey to check Competitors' Activities
5. Support Sales Operation activities & events if any
- Make the Strategy of Category-in-charge, mainly Beautycare: Product concept, 3C Analysis, Assortment plan, Monthly & Quarterly Sales plan…
- Maintain the data for Analysis and keep updated with Market Trend of product/category, Competitor benchmark…
- Always propose Innovative Ideas, New Product Development, New Proposal to support Business development
- Deal with suppliers on Price, Trade Terms, Promotion Plan to get the best offer
- Prepare Planogram / Schematic Plan for Product display and coordinate with OPR to ensure the selling floor is well-maintained
- Prepare Layout, Fixture for New Store Opening (NSO) / Store Renovation
- Do Weekly Market & Competitor survey with Managers & Assistant to MD and Make report accordingly
- Coordinate activities with other departments of the company.
- Other tasks might be assigned by superiors
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
1. College degree in Economics, business administration, or equivalent qualifications
2. 02 years of experience in related Retail business with the same categories or department or 1 year at the same position at H&B store is Preferable
3. Show the passion of the Merchandising career
4. Customer-focused/ Customer Oriented mindset
5. Ability to use a Computer, Office programs and databases.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
