Your role & responsibilities

Work directly with clients in the U.S. beauty industry, acting as a key bridge between clients and internal teams.
Support and handle client requests via phone, email, and CRM system.
Manage and update marketing content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
Propose and execute seasonal and performance-based marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
Coordinate with Content and Design teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvement strategies to optimize results.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience working in a Marketing role at an agency or large enterprise.
Experience managing campaigns for large brands or high-scale projects is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with international clients.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Canva, etc.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under high pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts in the office to collaborate with U.S.-based clients
