• Process Development: Develop and validate manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, and control plans for key systems (fuselage, hydraulics, transmission, avionics, composites).

• NPI Implementation: Coordinate with R&D and QA teams for design-to-manufacturing transfer; define tooling, jigs, and equipment requirements.

• Production Readiness: Execute trial builds, First Article Inspection Report (FAIR), Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for manufacturing robustness.

• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Kaizen, and DOE to improve quality, cost, and efficiency; localize materials and tooling where feasible.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain process documentation aligned with AS9100D, Part-21G, DOA/POA, and company quality systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

• Fresher graduates/less 2 years experience with a very good or Excellent academic performance,
• Or 2–7 years in NPI/NPD or Process Development within aerospace, automotive, or assembly manufacturing.

Knowledge: Understanding of FAIR, APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, and process validation methods. Experience with EASA/FAA certification, AS9100 is an advantage.

Skills:

• Experience in developing and validating manufacturing process (FAIR, APQP, PPAP, P-FMEA, V-model);
• Capability to link product requirements to process flow, inspection criteria, and verification activities;
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, and English and Vietnamese technical communication skills;
• Experience with PLM/MES systems (Teamcenter, SAP, or similar);
• Language: Vietnamese and English (TOEIC ≥ 650 or equivalent).
