Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal
Perform basic design, detailed design, test design creation/review in Japanese if needed
Perform deliverables review for offshore team if needed
Assist project manager on project scope, estimation, planning; monitoring and controlling
Support UAT testing and verifying bugs/issues

Japanese level equivalent to N2 or above
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
General understanding of Information Technology
Leadership potentiality, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit
Understanding about Japanese culture and Japanese working style
Age range: 23 ~ 40
