The clients of Talent Success are leading Japanese conglomerates in the fields of Finance, FX, Crypto, and NTF. Currently, the conglomerate has over 100 subsidiary companies operating in 20 countries worldwide. They are currently expanding their team and recruiting Programmers (Japanese language) to join various projects

Your role & responsibilities
  • UI/UX Design
  • Developing web services (mainly front-end, approximately 70%, back-end depending on the project)
  • Reviewing the applied architecture and technology
  • Implementing for team members
  • System operations

Your skills & qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong intention to work in Japan in the long term.
  • Experience in web service development (2 years or more).
  • Experience with frameworks such as React/Next.js and Node.js.
  • Experience in Unit Test/UI test.
  • Experience in code review.

We welcome candidates with the following additional experiences:

  • Experience in server-side code, backend (or server-side architecture, or understanding and knowledge of different framework mechanisms).
  • Experience in designing HTTP API (RESTful).
  • Experience in AWS and GCP.
  • Experience in CSS preprocessors like Sass.
  • Experience in team leadership and project management.
