Your role & responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and deliver work products throughout the project life cycle.
  • Verify products or services to assure that they meet requirement and design (quality assurance).
  • Deliver products or services to customers and track status and versions.
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support under SLA; training users.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Education level:  Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Information Systems.
  • Experience Experience in software program is a plus
  • Foreigner Language English ability : Can communicate

Skills:

  • Knowledge of business processes such as equity & derivatives trading and settlement.
  • Have at least 1 year of test work experience.
  • Transaction Technologies Services.
  • Ability to build scripts, as well as testing applications.
  • Good interpersonal & teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, pro-active and independent working.
  • Working attitude Honesty, integrity, carefulness. Ability to work under high pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Overtime may be required in meet project deadlines.
  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
  • To be assisted in all aspects in order to complete work effectively
