Product Data & System Managemen
- Maintain and update the assortment pricelist in Excel by gathering and entering historical data and ensuring completeness for all new items.
- Manage packaging data in the Product Content Management (PCM) system and the assortment pricelist, including outreach to suppliers to gather required information and formatting it for internal use.
- Submit item number requests for new products through the PCM system and then ensure complete information is added to New Item Workflow sheet as well to follow through setup in SAP.
- Oversee product set compositions and bill of materials to ensure each item has a distinct and accurate item number.
Reporting & Market Support
- Run and distribute monthly sales reports by brand and category to support performance tracking and business reviews.
- Perform ad hoc competitive analysis and online product audits to support product strategy and market positioning.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Works with Product Data Management Assistant in HQ team.
