Your role & responsibilities
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
Design and implement complex user interfaces (UI), ensuring optimal aesthetics and user experience (UX).
AI Strategy Implementation: Proficiently use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to write cleaner, faster code and optimize application performance (Frame rate, Memory usage).
Collaborate with Product and Backend teams to integrate new features via APIs.

Your skills & qualifications
Proficiency in the Dart language (solid knowledge of OOP, Mixins, Generics, Null Safety).
At least 6 months - 1 year of experience working with the Flutter Framework.
Mandatory solid knowledge of State Management such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and handling asynchronous tasks (Async/Await, Streams).
Clean understanding of the App Lifecycle and Widget lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of Responsive & Adaptive Design for various screen sizes.
Proficient use of Git.
Knowledge of Flutter performance optimization (Repaint Boundary, Image optimization, Caching).
Mindset & AI Tools (Big Plus)
AI Power User: Know how to leverage AI Coding Assistants to solve difficult logic problems and optimize source code.
Optimization Strategy: Have deep analytical thinking regarding performance—not just making the app work, but making it "smooth" (60/120 FPS).
Self-learning & Adaptability: Ready to update the latest technologies in the Flutter ecosystem and AI tools that support programming.

05 working days/week (From Monday to Friday). Normal working time: 09:00-18:00. Working time (if WFH): 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM & 14:00 - 18:00 PM. ( Applying flexible working hours.
