Your role & responsibilities
- Manage team by assign and tracking tasks of team members
- Mentor and coach junior developers to become fully competent developers
- Developing large projects using Java technologies (Website, Back End Server, MIS, SMS Gateway. etc...)
- Researching and developing new technologies, focus on mobile payments
- Supporting line manager in the executive management
- Other assignments from line manager.
Your skills & qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science with at least 5 years working experience in JAVA and J2EE (Servlets, JSPs, JSFs, JPA, JMS, Web Services...) and related areas
- Very strong at Java core, Object Oriented Programming and algorithm
- Experience in database (MS-SQL, Oracle, no-sql…)
- Experience in web server framework (Tomcat, JBoss, Netty…)
- Experience in developing projects (+100.000 users) is prior
- Experience in leading a team of 7 - 10 members
- Strong knowledge at SMS is prior
- Strong knowledge at HTML, Java Script, css, websocket…and technologies pertaining web.
