Work with the team to help organize the team’s activities and will play an important role in mentoring and developing more junior team members, while having plenty of time to do your own development work and will sometimes lead more complex development tasks involving multiple people.
Required minimum 90% hands-on complex coding/ investigation/ technical design, 10% on communicating with stakeholders.
Input and advice on many areas of the team’s operation.
Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans.
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in Java programing language. (Java spring/Strust)
Having experience mobile android is plus.
Good at Japanese speaking skill (N2 up).
Having skill problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
Passionate about programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems.
Having experience in MySQL, Microsoft SQL and No-SQL database is plus.
Having experience as a team leader is plus.
Having experience review output about design, source code, test case of members.
