Job Description:

As an ITO Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our global e-commerce platform and other application systems. You will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered with the highest quality standards.

Your role & responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead system integration (SI) and system management (SM) projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
System Management: Manage system changes, deployments, and support customers with their technical needs.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between customers and developers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Customer Management: Handle key customer interactions, listen to and address feedback (VOC), analyze and support received tasks, and propose and discover new business opportunities.

Your skills & qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT development/ operation project management
Experienced in managing collaboration among stakeholders such as customers and Vietnamese developers within the project team.
Experienced in participating as a project manager or project member in IT services for global market.
Experienced in system development/management based on Java, and Spring Framework (preferred).
Experience in building and managing fulfillment processes including OMS and WMS, etc.
Proficient in software testing, including creating test scenarios and test cases, executing tests, and verifying test results.

Skills / Knowledge:

Fluent in business Korean and English (Mid-High Level) with effective communication skills to communicate directly with customers (mandatory).
Strong human resource management skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.
Strong issue-resolution skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges promptly and effectively.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Java Core, JavaScript, HTML5, familiarity with AWS Lambda and related services is essential.
Experience with various Open Databases such as MySQL and OpenSearch.
Experience in building and utilizing Open APIs (preferred).
Willingness to adapt flexibly to changes in clients' requirements and urgent requests is a plus

2. Working Environment

Working time: Monday – Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
