Hansen is looking for a peak-performing IT team member with strong IT Infrastructure experience to drive and establish our presence in Vietnam. You will provide the IT services to ensure the continued productivity of the organization.
This role is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You will work within the Global IT Services Team to provide quality services to external managed service clients as well as internal business units. The role reports to the Head of Global IT Infrastructure and be part of the Global Wintel team.
The Job
- Monitor and maintain the local computer systems and networks.
- Install and configure desktop systems and applications.
- Diagnose hardware/software problems and provide analysis.
- Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles.
- Coordinate with third parties or global IT resources whenever necessary to solve technical, or network issues.
- Maintenance entire IT Infrastructure for corporate purposes.
Your skills & qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years supporting Microsoft Server infrastructure
- 2+ years’ experience supporting Hyper-V or VMWare ESX
- 2+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager)
- Ability to logically and thoroughly plan document designs/procedures
- Strong capacity to self-prioritise and manage tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and professional presentation.
- Experience with Solarwinds monitoring, AWS or Azure services will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Remote Desktop/Terminal Services & Citrix as well as an understanding of ITIL framework for incident and change management will also be beneficial
- Must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Familiar with LDAP, VPN
- Familiar with Windows OS, Office, Network, WIFI
- Has high level understanding on how the internet works (HTTP, DNS, IP, Server-client interaction, etc)
- Has experience with networking and general troubleshooting
- Hard working and ready to work overtime when necessary. Possess good integrity with great initiative and highly motivated
- Speak, read and write effective Vietnamese and English.
