- Receive and support users with problems encountered during the use of hardware and software
- Support basic standard user applications
Management and operation of infrastructure system
- Manage the Company's information technology assets, update the complete list of IT equipment used in the company
- Set up and maintain network connections, troubleshoot network-related problems
- Manage network devices such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.
Information system security and safety
- Ensure that computers in the system are installed with anti-malware programs and comply with the use of computer software
- Ensure that the system always complies with security policies
- Detect and handle security threats, manage security-related incidents
System monitoring and maintenance
- Perform periodic inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring early detection and resolution of problems
- Update system patch versions
- Manage data backup and recovery
Reporting and improvement
- Submit weekly status reports and plans for the following week
- Develop IT support processes that align with the company's infrastructure and culture
Other
- Perform other tasks as required by the Manager
- Provide guidance and training to employees on IT system usage procedures, security and support tools
