Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and attract top talent through headhunting methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and art/design roles
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and tracking reports
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring needs
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback to candidates
  • Engage with passive candidates and promote GIANTY’s employer brand
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve the candidate experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with headhunting experience
  • Strong skills in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Energetic, passionate, and eager to learn and grow
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience headhunting for international markets is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of IT industry trends and the global tech talent landscape
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
