Responsibilities
Identify, source, and attract top talent through headhunting methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and art/design roles
Maintain and update the recruitment database and tracking reports
Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring needs
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback to candidates
Engage with passive candidates and promote GIANTY’s employer brand
Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve the candidate experience
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with headhunting experience
Strong skills in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Good command of English (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Energetic, passionate, and eager to learn and grow
Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
Nice to have
Experience headhunting for international markets is a strong advantage
Good understanding of IT industry trends and the global tech talent landscape
Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
