ICT Solution Management

Working as Oracle IT support with strong background on Oracle Functionality and Technical skill:
Support Oracle EBS systems and related application, Implement new project related Oracle Financial systems.
Understand what user journey needs, business analyze, and design following requirement and transform to technical solution, and pass these requirements to the developers.
Work as part of IT team to deliver appropriate solutions to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements.
Verify functional, accuracy, and completeness of the requirements to ensure objectives are being met (analysis, test, and UAT, demonstration and inspection)
Gather, define, document, and translate high-level business requirements to come up with project plan, and detailed functional specifications with a proper sign-off process.
Working with End users and development team to design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Analyze and collect requirements to develop business systems & users with related systems to in line with the strategy plan.

ICT Infrastructure Management

Domestic the planning, installation, and maintenance of the school's ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
Ensure that all ICT systems are reliable, secure, and up to date, implementing necessary updates and upgrades as required.
Manage ICT equipment and software licensing, tracking, and inventory.
Manage, maintain, and enforce all policies and procedures relating to network, server and information security.
Ensure that the company network is fully operational during access hours and that an appropriate backup strategy is in place.

Operations and Project Management

Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.
Take initiative in recommending improvements to the development process.
Manage contracts with vendors regarding IT.
Lead efforts to identify and evaluate security technologies, techniques, and practices.
Maintain and optimize company networks, systems, and services.
Establish Information Security Policy (ISP) to meet with requirements of international security standards and Head Quarter
Solid understand security international standards and framework such as ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL ...
In charge of company IT projects development and other ad hoc projects.
Estimate budget and Prepare feasibility study for IT activities and yearly budget.
Work closely with Head Quarter’s IT for delivering IT projects/Policies/standards integration in Vietnam
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Prepare report information, technical document, user manual as assigned.
Maintain the network diagram up to date regularly.
Assist in the evaluation of Information and Communication Technology staff and other departments as requested.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related fields.

Professional Experience:

Proven experience in leading ICT management
Experienced in systems and network administration.
Experienced in Project Management and Vendor Management
Experienced in system integration/migration with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, ERP, …)
Experience minimum 5 Years in Oracle EBS or ERP System.
Experience minimum 5 years of work experience IT Infrastructure and Security Operation.
