1. Technical support
- Assist in IT infrastructure / network/ server project.
- Install OS and configuring all infrastructure (application servers, routers, switch, PCs, Laptops, Printers, etc.)
- In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data.
- Quickly isolate and trouble-shoot any network, resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
2. System maintenance
- Ensure IT systems operate smoothly (servers, networks, end-user devices,...)
- Monitor existing network, PABX and servers and provide performance report and suggestion
3. Service Provider Management
- Collaborate with external service providers, overseeing service contracts.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
