• Lead the architecture and implementation of all frontend channels (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for the Trading platform.
• Establish technical roadmap and standards: Define and implement the technical roadmap, development standards, and best practices for the frontend architecture.
• Proactively troubleshoot and implement fundamental solutions for complex performance and stability issues in the production environment.
• Maintain a high-quality robust codebase.
• Rapidly build, iterate, test, and deploy new features and products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and lead implementation.

• Dẫn dắt thiết kế kiến trúc và triển khai toàn bộ các kênh frontend (Mobile, Web, Desktop) cho nền tảng Trading.
• Xây dựng lộ trình kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn: Định nghĩa và triển khai technical roadmap, tiêu chuẩn phát triển và các best practices cho kiến trúc frontend.
• Chủ động xử lý sự cố và triển khai các giải pháp căn bản cho những vấn đề phức tạp liên quan đến hiệu năng và ổn định trong môi trường production.
• Duy trì codebase chất lượng cao và ổn định.
• Nhanh chóng xây dựng, cải tiến, kiểm thử và triển khai các tính năng/sản phẩm mới.
• Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành giải pháp kỹ thuật và dẫn dắt quá trình triển khai
• Hợp tác với đội Backend/BA/Infra để đảm bảo tính ổn định và hiệu suất của hệ thống.

Leadership & Experience

• 5+ years software development experience
• 2+ years experience leading or mentoring developers

Technical Skills

• TypeScript or JavaScript (willing to learn TypeScript if needed)
• React Native, Redux, Redux-Saga
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
• Strong understanding of data structures & algorithms
• Strong foundation in component architecture & refactoring
• Git (GitHub/Bitbucket), Jira
• Experience in debugging dependency conflicts
• Knowledge of UX patterns & error handling best practices
• Ability to write well-documented, clean, and testable code

Plus (Preferred)

• Experience in finance/securities trading systems
• Web front-end experience (React / Vue / Next.js)
• Experience collaborating with Korean/Japanese teams
• Experience in CI/CD or mobile deployment
• Written communication skills in English.

• Sử dụng thành thạo Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) và Jira.
• Kinh nghiệm trong việc debug và xử lý xung đột dependency.
• Kiến thức về UX patterns và best practices trong xử lý lỗi.
• Có khả năng viết mã sạch, dễ bảo trì, có tài liệu đầy đủ, và có thể kiểm thử được.
