About Company

The Comtor team is highly focused on development and boasts a high level of cohesion among its members.

This position is open to experienced candidates - from 1 YOE, and your salary will be determined based on your practical abilities.

HOPEE also welcomes freshers, who will receive training from a passionate and talented team lead. You will be trained in all the necessary IT Comtor skills and work with Japanese clients on a daily basis.

This position provides opportunities for growth into a BrSE or PM role, depending on your personal aspirations.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Communicate with Japanese customers on related projects.
  • Manage projects or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project.
  • Frequently and actively contact with customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents.
  • Participate in the software testing proces

Your skills & qualifications

  • Communication skills: JPTL N2 equivalent is a MUST
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required, but still open to FRESHER if you have potential.
  • More than 2 years of working experience or living in Japan.
  • Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
  • Have knowledge in IT
  • Good in English is a plus
