1. System maintenance and ISO 27001 certification

• Document control. 
• Define and improve system processes/policies. 
• Ensure compliance with standards. 
• Measure system performance. 

2. Make an assessment

• Conduct audits, i.e. process audits, product audits, system audits, etc. 
• Report on audit results. 

3. ISO Coordinator 

• Working with ISO9001 and 14001 support for document management. 
• Document management Quality management system/ Environmental management system, 

Education:

• University Degree in Computer Science or IT equivalent training 

Technology skills and experience:

• Knowledge in IT Service management and ISO 27001. 
• 1 – 3 years of experience in the same field. 

Soft-skills:

• Good at verbal and writing skills in English and Vietnamese. 
• Documentation skill.
