Responsibilities

  • Understand Supply Chain business, especially Transport operations to provide excellent IT service delivery to business
  • Participate in TMS setup, system testing, user training, UAT support and other deliverables of TMS deployment projects.
  • Support daily TMS related issues & user queries, so that Operation can use TMS properly and effectively
  • Drive TMS usage KPI through reporting and process improvement
  • Support system change request, and coordinate with requester to implement per Change Management process
  • Explore new system functionalities and new technologies (RPA, PowerBI, etc.) to support Transport Digitalization

Requirements

  • 5+ work experience in IT industry - either as IT System Supervisor, Tech Consultant or BA/Product Owner
  • MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio and Collaboration tools
  • Intermediate knowledge in Network topologies and System designs
  • Experience in implementing MS - system configuration & testing, interfaces design, reports development
  • Logical thinking with good programming skills in C#, VB.NET, SQL queries
  • Ability to manage stress as an agile multi-tasking with high priority
  • Enthusiasm and carefulness, to be right at first-time needed
  • Innovative Mindset, able to take initiative in process improvement, system enhancement
  • Flexibility & Reliability - minimal supervision required\
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Logistics or related disciplines
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to be able to cooperate with cross-departments teams
