Your role & responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments (RCM), review business processes of each department in HQ and region, identify control weaknesses and assess/monitor the action plan of improvement (ia process interview, walk-through sample review, observation, re-performance and substantive testing, as needed)
  • Perform data analytics to point out unusual patterns or trends and investigate remarkable findings
  • Advise operational functions on compliance with applicable laws, company policies and procedures, ensure the company policies and procedures are up to date with the latest legislation and best practices
  • Support leadership to monitor the implementation of audit cycle, provide management accurate and timely internal audit report
  • Support Anti- Fraud team to investigate suspected fraud, detect wasteful spending, raise red flags and recommend strong control
  • Follow-up with management on the implementation of audit recommendations and continuously monitor control environment
  • Monitor tendering & bidding procedures as regulated by procurement Policy, attend vendor site visit or background check if necessary.
  • Perform other possible duties, including but not limited to ISO, ESG, anti-fraud training etc., assigned by RMIA Manager or the Group

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degrees, favorably in Accountancy, Audit, Business Administration, Economics etc.
  • Certification of CPA, CIA, ACCA, CCSA, CISA etc, will be favored but not a must.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in Internal Controls Or at least 3-5 years relevant working experience in Internal Audit, External Audit.
  • Experience in the projects for sectors of logistics, retail, FMCG, E-Commerce is a plus but not a must.
  • Chinese communication capacity is a plus (Chinese language a strong plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (at least in English, Chinese is plus)
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to open communications with management and relevant stakeholders Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. 
  • Be able to business travel in regions (9 regions), about 1-2 weeks for each regions Strong organization and project management skills, be able to mobilize people of different departments.
  • Strong technique in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPt..), Visio or other flowchart drawing software.
