Manage and coordinate all activities of the IE Department, which serves as the technical center of the Sewing Division.
Be responsible for establishing and controlling costing, standard setting, technical processes, and sample sewing instructions for production orders.
Collaborate with sewing factories to implement production plans, ensuring consistency in technical standards, specifications, and productivity.
Lead the IE team to monitor production execution at factories, including line balancing, layout optimization, productivity control, and work method improvement.
Evaluate and propose improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and optimize production costs.
Monitor, analyze, and report production data to the management team.
Train, coach, and develop the technical capability of the IE team.
Cooperate with related departments (Merchandising, Planning, Quality, Production, etc.) to ensure effective operations across the Sewing Division.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in garment technical or industrial engineering, including at least 2 years in a managerial position (IE Manager, Technical Manager, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, standard setting, technical specifications, and productivity improvement methods.
Analytical and data management skills with good planning capability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coaching skills.
Prefer candidates with experience in large-scale garment factories or groups with Lean Manufacturing systems.
