Your role & responsibilities

As a Rust Developer, you will be responsible for developing backend systems and infrastructure using Rust programming language. You will work closely with the team of developers and engineers to build high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and infrastructure using Rust programming language.
Work with cross-functional international teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, programming languages, and frameworks related to Rust development.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
English fluency is a must – as you will work in an international team. German is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Rust programming language and microservices architecture.
Experience in async processing & data analytics (BI) is a plus
Experience with backend development and building RESTful/GRPC APIs.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and data structures.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
