As a Rust Developer, you will be responsible for developing backend systems and infrastructure using Rust programming language. You will work closely with the team of developers and engineers to build high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and infrastructure using Rust programming language.
• Work with cross-functional international teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, programming languages, and frameworks related to Rust development.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• English fluency is a must – as you will work in an international team. German is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Rust programming language and microservices architecture.
• Experience in async processing & data analytics (BI) is a plus
• Experience with backend development and building RESTful/GRPC APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and data structures.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
