Lead the HR Operations team (2–3 members) to deliver end-to-end HR operational excellence across employee lifecycle, HR systems, compliance, payroll coordination, and global mobility. Ensure smooth daily HR operations while continuously improving processes and employee experience.
Lead, coach, and oversee HR Operations team performance.
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all HR operational activities.
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service quality.
Manage HRIS and employee data accuracy (records, org chart, staff profiles), maintain structured HR documentation and reporting, and monitor HR systems in collaboration with global HR teams.
Own HR policy updates and labor compliance in line with Vietnam Labor Law.
Serve as policy owner, providing clear guidance on policies and employee handbook to ensure consistent application company-wide.
Oversee payroll inputs (attendance, leave tracking, salary computation).
Manage employment documentation including offer letters, contracts, probation/renewal confirmations, appendices, transfers, promotions, terminations, and maintain up-to-date labor contract records.
Own end-to-end global mobility for expats, including work permits, visas/TRC, relocation support, and onboarding/offboarding in coordination with regional and global HR.
Manage employee benefits programs, including private health insurance, employee assistance program, and other benefit initiatives.
Other duties as assigned by Head of HR.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations (in-house or external services), with strong hands-on expertise across employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, employment contracts, and HR policies. Experience working with authorities is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking and ownership mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and service oriented.
Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), tech-savvy with the ability to leverage HR systems and digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
Experience handling expatriate work permits and visas is preferred.
Experience working with HR CoEs and global teams is strongly preferred.
