1. Internal Activities & Engagement

• Plan and organize internal events: company trip, team buildings, sport club,
• Propose and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

2. Internal Communication

• Manage internal communication channels (internal platforms, emails, chat groups).
• Draft and publish internal announcements, newsletters, and event recaps.
• Ensure timely and clear communication of HR policies, programs, and company news.

3. Employer Branding

• Work with the recruitment team to plan and implement employer branding strategies.
• Manage online employer presence across job boards and social media platforms.
• Support external events such as job fairs, campus talks, and career days.

4. Training & Development

• Coordinate employee training programs based on company and departmental needs.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, especially in internal engagement, communication, employer branding, or training.
• Good reading and writing skills in English; strong verbal communication is a plus.
• Experience in C&B and a good understanding of labour laws is a big plus.
• Creative mindset, ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
