About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead and evolve our HR function in Vietnam. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll work closely with company leadership to build scalable people systems, shape company culture, and attract top talent to fuel our regional growth.

Your role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Develop HR budgets and workforce planning
  • Advise leadership on organizational design

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Oversee recruitment across all departments
  • Build employer branding to attract top talent
  • Ensure timely and high-quality hiring

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive C&B policies
  • Benchmark market salaries and review adjustments
  • Manage payroll and statutory compliance

Learning & Development

  • Build employee development plans
  • Launch leadership and soft skill training
  • Promote continuous learning culture

Culture & Engagement

  • Foster a collaborative work environment
  • Lead internal communications and team engagement
  • Act as HR business partner to department heads

Compliance & HR Systems

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Manage HRIS and improve internal HR workflows
  • Oversee social insurance, PIT, and policy updates

Your skills & qualifications
  •  10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  •  Industry experience: retail, F&B, e-commerce, or FMCG
  •  Proven record of building HR systems and leading teams
  •  Knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HRIS systems
  •  Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and execution ability

Reporting Line

  • Reports to Regional Director or Country Manager

Team Scope

  • Will lead 3–6 HR team members (including HRBP, TA, C&B)
