Your role & responsibilities
  • Support in preparing and maintaining HR-related documentation
  • Update and manage new employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
  • Provide support in the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, posting jobs, screening CVs, etc.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice collection and payment processing
  • Monitor procurement costs and suggest improvements where applicable
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure timely restocking
  • Conduct internal audits of HR documents, IT systems, administrative workflows, and security policies

Your skills & qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with good logical thinking and communication skills
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
