Job Summary: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR Operations and People Engagement initiatives. You’ll support the team in daily administrative tasks while also contributing to internal culture and talent attraction efforts.

Your role & responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefit (30%)

  • Arrange, classify, and verify employee documents (labor contracts, appendices, and related paperwork). 
  • Scan and upload documents to the system in compliance with company regulations. 
  • Assist with printing, stamping, and preparing documents for C&B procedures.  - Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned by the C&B team.  

2. Talent Acquisition (20%)

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and onboarding new employees.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company website, and internal communications. 
  •  Develop creative ideas for employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent. 

3. Administration (50%)

  • Handle purchasing and payment for office operations.
  • Manage office documents and invoices related to operational expenses; prepare and raise expense reports accordingly.
  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers for maintenance and repair when office issues arise.
  • Ensure the administration and logistics support provided to staff members in terms of accommodation and flight bookings.

Your skills & qualifications
  •  4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
  • Internship duration: 3-6 months, depending on performance. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with workplace coordination, basic administrative workflows, and social media is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Be proactive & progressive.
