PROCESS ANALYST: Behind every smooth operation is someone who made complexity simple. As a Process Analyst, you’ll optimize the engine room of the business - streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and ensuring compliance without compromise.

- Develop and implement new strategies to optimize workflows and processes
- Regularly review and validate existing procedures, conduct testing and verifying activities
- Assure quality of process flowcharts compliance with policies of local entity, the group, laws and regulations

University graduate with GPA of 3/4 and 7.5/10 and less than 2-year working experience.
Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
Passion for financial products, with a focus on improving customer experience and operational performance through product and lifecycle enhancements.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
Effectively work both in a team & on your own.
Willingness to learn & absorb new knowledge.
