Your role & responsibilities

  • Application development leader for Japanese/Global clients projects led by the parent company in Japan
  • Support the project manager from Japan and lead Vietnamese team members (3-5 people)
  • Requirement definition, design, conducting, testing,… in all the phases of projects.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Graduated from an IT university or a related field.
  • Knowledge of system operations as well as business operations in areas such as manufacturing, custom, finance,…
  • Experience working for more than 5 years in an IT company as a system engineer/architect/programmer.
  • Experience of using Japanese language in projects (N1/2)
  • Experience working with Japanese companies.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and present solutions.
