About the Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead the Vietnam sales operations, grow our market presence, build and manage a sales team, and work closely with the Japanese General Director on business strategy.

Your role & responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
Maintain and grow client relationships through upselling and regular follow-ups
Recruit, train, and manage a sales team (approx. 5–10 members)
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure revenue goals are met
Collaborate on marketing and business strategies, including market research
Coordinate with internal departments (Dev, CS, Marketing) for smooth operations

Your skills & qualifications
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
Proven team management experience (3–5+ members)
Strong sales achievements in past roles
Bachelor's degree, aged 28–35
Business-level English (to work with Japanese team and international clients)
Immediate availability is a plus
