About the Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead the Vietnam sales operations, grow our market presence, build and manage a sales team, and work closely with the Japanese General Director on business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through upselling and regular follow-ups
  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales team (approx. 5–10 members)
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure revenue goals are met
  • Collaborate on marketing and business strategies, including market research
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Dev, CS, Marketing) for smooth operations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
  • Proven team management experience (3–5+ members)
  • Strong sales achievements in past roles
  • Bachelor's degree, aged 28–35
  • Business-level English (to work with Japanese team and international clients)
  • Immediate availability is a plus

  • You may start under an outsourcing contract before company registration is completed (expected August 2025)
  • Upon official registration, your role will be converted to full-time with social insurance per Vietnamese law
