Job Summary

This job holder will be responsible for driving distribution expansion, planning productivity improvement initiatives and delivering planned sale volume and loan numbers across personal loans (mainly), sales finance and mortgage.

Responsibilities

1. Roles:

  • Lead, manage and control all Tele-Sales new sales activities
  • Participate in/Give inputs to the assigned projects

2. Tele-sales Governance

  • Creating and maintaining a sustainable and high-performing tele-sales channel nationwide
  • Developing and coaching for a highly well-trained and professional management team as well as sales agents for the channel
  • Responsible for the disciplinary framework as well as the business continuity under any circumstance of the channel
  • Developing and maintaining a powerful CRM which benefits sales performance as well as management purpose
  • Responsible for the compliance, integrity and business-oriented manner of the channel
  • Responsible for implementing and execution of the vision, mission and business direction of the company for the channel
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy working culture of the channel
  • Responsible for the overall business performance of the channel

3. Tele-sales sales Performance

  • Recruiting and running the channel with full capacity as designed
  • Driving and delivering sales number as assigned by the Head of Tele-Sales
  • Keeping fraud under control for the sales channel
  • Managing the cost assigned for the channel
  • Finding new avenues to increase sales for the organization

Requirements

1. Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Business Management/ Economics/ Trade/ Sales/ Marketing is a must

2. Experience: Minimum in 7 years marketing management experience, sales operations or consulting work experience. If the person has worked in the credit card industry or/and digital sales it would be an added advantage.

3. Knowledge: Sound knowledge of financial services

4. Skills: Sales, leadership, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication. Ability to effectively operate and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

5. Language proficiency: Apart from having proficiency in Vietnamese, the person should be proficient in reading, speaking and writing in English language.
