Responsibilities

Algorithm Development: Lead the research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and optimize algorithms that address complex business problems. Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of developed models.
Data-driven Insights: Drive the development of data-driven insights and solutions by utilizing machine learning techniques. Collaborate with data engineering teams to access, clean, and transform data for analysis. Apply statistical modeling andCollaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Model Deployment and Monitoring: Oversee the deployment and integration of machine learning models into production systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable implementation. Establish monitoring mechanisms to track model performance, identify anomalies, and initiate necessary improvements or updates.
Team Management:: Build and lead a team of machine learning experts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Define team goals, assign responsibilities, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, research publications, and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Participate in conferences, workshops, and networking events to foster knowledge sharing and keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Education background

Degree in a related field.

Experience

Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading machine learning projects, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, experimental design, and evaluation metrics for machine learning models.

Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of machine learning professionals.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on practical and scalable solutions.
Proven track record of delivering impactful machine learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
