- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning efforts to anticipate and address staffing needs and talent gaps.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates for key roles in the organization.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the securities industry.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization.
3. HR Compliance:
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Conduct audits and assessments to monitor HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
4. HR Operation Management:
a. Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive in the market.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
b. HR Operation
- Oversee HR operations, including Onboarding Process, Payroll Processing, time and attendance, Record-Keeping, HRIS systems, Tax and Finalization
- Establishing and enhancing robust recruiting and onboarding processes and services to attract the right talents to meet business objectives and goals
- Defining and improving performance management processes and procedures, with linkage to talent development practices to maintain a high-performance culture
5. Human Resources Information System:
- Implement and maintain HRIS for efficient data management, reporting, recruitment
6. Policy review & composing
- Review annually current policies and update
- Benchmark with market and propose for new benefits if any
- Align with relevant laws and update on Company’s policies.
