About Company
- Lead a small team of 3-5 programmer to complete the project
- Review code and performance on
- Report directly to CTO on the status of the project development
- Support on interview and hiring of the new team members
- Training and supervise team members
Your skills & qualifications
- Graduate from University, major in IT development
- 3-5 years of experience in manage development team in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge: OOP, Database(SQL server), ado .net JavaScript, HTML, Json, CSS
- Ability to manage and supervise a small team of 3-5 team members
- Experience in Microsoft Project (TFS) and Automation test is an advantage
- Can work well independently without daily supervision
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Willingness to learn and research new technology, good ability to review team code and team performance
