Responsibilities
- Knowledge of various testing techniques and the ability to use them in practice (at least 4 years of practical experience)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Hands-on experience in frontend, API, and/or database manual test: MS SQL, Server, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Experience with defect tracking/management tools such as JIRA.
- Demonstrated experience with industry-standard Quality Assurance best practices for Agile and Iterative SDLCs, testing methodologies, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Experience in everyday use of version control system (git)
- Experience in testing in a continuous integration environment Jenkins/TeamCity, Maven
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Working experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, test report, basic, test metrics)
- Experience in working with requirements
- Reporting to: Project Managers, Tech Lead
Requirements
- With 5+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
- Experience in testing web applications and APIs (both Postman and Swagger).
- Ability to multitask and handle uncertainty, evolving requirements, and time pressures (possessing self-planning skills).
- Experience with white box test techniques and black box test techniques.
- Adaptable and embrace change, finding innovative solutions to problems.
- Self-motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
- Possess an appreciation for manual testing
- Demonstrate immense attention to detail.
- Excel at understanding complex business concepts.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn and self-improve (holding an ISTQB certificate is a plus).
- Solid understanding of agile development.
