INTELLIPRO’S CLIENT is a company that operates in the field of immigration consultancy. They specialize in providing immigration consultancy services in countries such as the US, Canada, Europe and the Caribbean.

  • Working location: Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working time: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

1. Consultancy

  • Looking for potential client sources and consultants on immigration programs, especially US investment immigration EB5 that meet client’s capabilities and demands. 
  • Developing and managing an immigration client base.
  • Establishing good relationships with current client portfolio to get referrals from them. 
  • Managing and providing solutions to clients on immigration needs.
  • Working with overseas team to provide solutions and to complete applications for clients.
  • Meeting with overseas representatives to discuss on projects / immigration programs.

2. Marketing

  • Coordinating with the marketing team to organize seminars, workshops and other official marketing events.
  • Studying immigration market industry and working with marketing team to build up sales promotions/campaigns.

3. Coordination with the Documents team

  • Coordinate with the Document team to get the appropriate required for application. 
  • Coordinate with the Document team to submit immigration application timely.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify concerns of clients related to documents.

4. Client services

  • Maintain client’s satisfactoriness by professional services and deadline commitments. 
  • Deal with client complaints and grievances. 
  • Ensure the business operated to the highest standards in line with the mission statement and values.

5. Generals

  • Coordinate with the accountant to collect service fees/charges of clients. 
  • Responsible to the Directors for the day-to-day sales operations.
  • Training new consultants
  • Back up and support team members if required
  • Do other tasks assigned by Directors / Leader.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in high-net-worth clients, clients on investments immigration programs – especially on US investment immigration program EB5.
  • At least 3 years advanced knowledge / experience in sales. Skills/experience in handling premier client portfolio is advantage. Experience on customer services on abroad visa, overseas education, real estate and immigration services, investments immigration programs, EB5 program is an advantage.   
  • Fluency in English.
  • Friendly and highly persuasive in communication and negotiation.
  • Teamwork and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • University level education.
