Your role & responsibilities

Oversee the planning,execution, and delivery of projects through every phase and sprint.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope.
Work closely with the team and stakeholders to plan for every phase and sprint.
Manage tasks, changes and risks to ensure the sprint goals and timeline are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Conduct regular project reviews and improvements as necessary.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira).
Understanding of fintech products and services is a big plus.
