• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specification documents (SRS, BRD, Use Cases, Wireframes, etc.).
• Collaborate with development teams (Dev, QA, UI/UX) to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that the product meets business needs.
• Manage and update the backlog and documentation whenever requirements change.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to present solutions and receive feedback.
• Draft and maintain user guides and system process documentation.
• Design and document detailed test cases to assist the QA team in ensuring product quality.
• Contribute to software development planning, requirement analysis, and product roadmap direction.

• Thu thập, phân tích và làm rõ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
• Chuyển đổi yêu cầu thành tài liệu đặc tả chức năng (SRS, BRD, Use Cases, Wireframes...).
• Phối hợp với các nhóm phát triển (Dev, QA, UI/UX) để đảm bảo hiểu đúng và triển khai chính xác yêu cầu.
• Hỗ trợ kiểm thử chấp nhận người dùng (UAT), xác nhận sản phẩm đáp ứng đúng nhu cầu nghiệp vụ.
• Quản lý, cập nhật backlog và tài liệu khi có thay đổi yêu cầu.
• Tham gia họp nội bộ/bên ngoài để trình bày giải pháp và tiếp nhận phản hồi.
• Soạn thảo, duy trì tài liệu hướng dẫn và quy trình sử dụng hệ thống.
• Thiết kế, lập tài liệu chi tiết cho các test case hỗ trợ nhóm QA đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Đóng góp vào kế hoạch phát triển phần mềm, phân tích yêu cầu và định hướng lộ trình sản phẩm.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or a similar role.
• Knowledge of system planning, system documentation, and process flow diagrams.
• Ability to analyze requirements from the Product Owner, create detailed test scenarios for QA, and ensure project timelines.
• Proficient in Excel and Figma.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated (“can-do” attitude).
• Preferred: Proficiency in English or Korean.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành: CNTT, Kinh tế, Hệ thống Thông tin hoặc liên quan.
• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Business Analyst trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm hoặc vị trí tương tự.
• Hiểu biết về lập kế hoạch hệ thống, xây dựng tài liệu hệ thống và lưu đồ quy trình.
• Có khả năng phân tích yêu cầu từ Product Owner, xây dựng kịch bản kiểm thử chi tiết cho QA và đảm bảo tiến độ dự án.
• Thành thạo Excel, Figma.
• Nắm vững SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
• Kỹ năng phân tích, lập tài liệu, thuyết trình tốt.
• Có tinh thần cầu tiến, chủ động (“can-do” attitude).
• Ưu tiên: Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm xuất sắc; tư duy logic và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
