About Company

Your role & responsibilities

Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning for production
Communicate with external teams to keep track of issues and progress
Manage schedules and support cross-function engineering effort
Assist DFT structure implementation and review team members' work
Work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on test-house/silicon

Your skills & qualifications

From 8 years work experience
Major EE/CS
Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implementation
Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation verification flow
MBIST/SCAN pattern build up in ATE
English communication (prefer candidate with TOEIC 730-855 or relevant)
