As the Growth Executive at Redbean, you will be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy, expanding the user base, and gathering user feedback. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for startups and technology, and expertise in user research, marketing, and product development.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Ship weekly growth experiments across the entire user funnel: acquisition, activation, retention.
  • Develop and manage social loops, referral systems, creator remix challenges, and community incentives.
  • Track and analyze product funnel metrics using tools like App Store Connect, OneSignal, and Mixpanel.
  • Identify growth channels that matter (e.g. TikTok, Discord, Reddit, Product Hunt, newsletters, niche communities, etc.)
  • Work closely with the engineering, design, and growth teams to align growth tests with new features and community moments.
  • Build lightweight landing pages, test creative hooks, and run performance-based copy and visuals.
  • Contribute to onboarding flow improvements, App Store listing optimizations, and retention loops.

Your skills & qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or startup user acquisition.
  • A strong experimentation mindset. You operate in loops, not linear campaigns.
  • Familiarity with early-stage startup tools like Webflow, Zapier, Firebase, App Store Connect.
  • Experience in consumer apps, especially social or UGC platforms, is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of the indie app ecosystem and community growth strategies.
  • Able to move quickly, test ideas without waiting for perfect data, and analyze performance critically.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and ability to work in a remote, async environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience growing a social app, gaming app, or creator platform.
  • Experience launching on Product Hunt, Reddit, Hacker News, or app discovery platforms.
  • Ability to write or edit landing pages, onboarding UX, and notification copy.
