Creative Development & Execution
- Design marketing and campaign materials including KVs, social posts, POSM, digital banners, and more
- Develop design layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets in line with brand guidelines
- Translate creative concepts or briefs into compelling visual executions across multiple platforms
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to understand design needs and deliverables
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Motion Designers, and external partners/freelancers when needed
- Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews to bring ideas and feedback to life
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand visual identity and tone
- Maintain a high standard of visual execution, attention to detail, and creative storytelling
- Help evolve and refresh visual systems as the brand grows
Asset Management
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and shared assets
- Support versioning and adaptations across different formats, languages, or channels
