You will be a part of the marketing team’s creative development process across three key scopes:
1. Digital marketing & branding design
- Create visually compelling assets for social media, digital banners, paid ads, and email campaigns.
- Develop campaign key visuals that tie together messaging, design, and strategic objectives.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with communication goals.
- Ensure all digital outputs are optimized for performance and maintain strong brand alignment.
2. Printable collateral
- Design high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, classroom posters, POSM, and branded merchandise.
- Create FOH (front-of-house) visuals and OOH (out-of-home) materials such as lightboxes, standees, and signage.
- Adapt digital concepts for print while ensuring accuracy, print-readiness, and visual consistency.
3. 3D Visualization & brand asset development
- Use 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) to develop product mockups, branded objects, spatial visuals, or digital mascots.
- Visualize abstract or complex ideas in 3D to support campaign storytelling or internal concept pitching.
- Support ideation with hand-drawn sketches or digital illustrations as needed
